Our EHD Luxury Spec Design Book is curated with our 10 most popular available home designs, plans, and renderings. Discover various exterior elevations, from timeless and traditional to modern flat roof style homes. All of our home styles are perfect for someone who doesn't want to design from scratch or go through our typical custom home design process! 

This digital booklet contains 3D floor plan views to give you an idea of room adjacencies with labels for each room name and a general idea of spacing. This is not a scalable floor plan you can use to build a home from. Should you see a home in this booklet that could work for your design and build needs, please reach out to us using the contact form on our website to inquire about purchasing the plans for one of the homes shown in this booklet. *Note some of these custom homes that have been designed and built locally near Carmel, IN can’t be sold to someone in near proximity to keep our work unique.

Should you move forward with purchasing a spec home from us, that is shown in this book, as a result of purchasing the book, the cost you spent on the book will be reimbursed at the time of purchasing a one-time license to build from the full plan set and all renderings.

All of these design plans are offered for sale at a rate of $5/SF x the total SF of the home (see separate numbers for above grade only or if you plan to include the lower level). By purchasing the EHD Luxury Spec Design Book you acknowledge that the plans and renderings shared in this book are only to be used for inspiration purposes and do not contain full detailed plans, elevations, roof plans, or 3D views to build from.

Each home is detailed across 2 pages including a front and rear elevation, as well as 3D labeled floor plans for all 3 levels of the home, a description of the home’s features, and square footages associated with each home, broken out per level.
